Terms and Conditions

  1. Personal training packages are purchased as weekly training sessions either two or three times per week for a six or twelve week duration.
  2. A minimum deposit of two sessions is required prior to commencement of private training and sessions are paid at the start of each week prior to training. The trainer reserves the right to cancel sessions at their discretion if payment is not received prior to the commencement of the session.
  3. 24 hours notice is required for all cancellations or the full session fee will be charged.
  4. Casual attendance is purchased as a ten trip card and is paid up front in full prior to attending classes.
  5. Complimentary gym memberships provided to private clients do not include unlimited attendance to Pilates, Sculpt and Strength classes. These classes are an additional cost to attend.
  6. Full gym membership payments are paid monthly on the first of each month. Full gym memberships include unlimited use of the gym and unlimited attendance to Pilates, Sculpt and Strength classes.
  7. Supervision of children is the responsibility of the guardian/parent when on the premises of The Fitness Studio. **Please note: There is an onsite swimming pool, children must be supervised at all times.
